中文摘要 | 本研究的目的,旨在探討一位從技術學院幼保系科畢業的幼兒經驗教師之實際知識發展歷程。研究方法採用質化研究取向中的個案研究法,蒐集資料的方式則包括自然觀察與深度訪談。經過一年時間的探究,研究者獲得幾個主要的研究發現:(1)幼兒經驗教師實際知識的內容包括:培育目標的知識、課室管理的知識、課程與教學的知識、新接一個班的方法、與家長溝通的技巧、自我成長的知識,以及學生行為輔導的知識。(2)幼兒經驗教師的實際知識之發展,乃在其自我知識的主導之下運作而成,因此極具個人獨特的風格。另外,許多實際知識都是先從師資訓練中獲得初步概念,再經實際教學的驗證而更加穩固。(3)影響幼兒經驗教師實際知識發展的因素包括:「教師的個人特質」、「過往的生活經驗」、「師資培育課程」、「實際教學經驗」、「師資訓練與實際教學經驗的相互驗證」、「園所同事或園所情境」。本研究最後對師資培育課程提出三點建議。 |
英文摘要 | The study investigated on e experienced preschool teacher on her practical knowledge, development of this knowledge, and factors affecting its development. Qualitative research method was used for the case study. Data were collected by naturalistic observations and interviews. Following results were found after one year of research: (1) The contents of practical knowledge of the preschool experienced teacher included primarily the following: knowledge of educational purpose, knowledge of classroom management, knowledge of curriculum and teaching, knowledge of communication with parents, and knowledge of behavior guidance. (2) The experienced preschool teacher's development of practical knowledge was under the influence of knowledge of self, and her knowledge showed extremely individualized characteristics. Moreover, she got the preliminary concepts of her practical knowledge from teacher education courses, and these preliminary concepts were later validated in her teaching experiences. (3)Factors affecting the preschool experienced teacher' knowledge on practical knowledge included past experiences in daily lives, teacher education courses, teaching experience, her school colleagues or contexts, and the personality of the teacher. The study also offered some suggestions to the teacher education courses. |
