中文摘要 | 本研考的目的,旨在探討二位任教十年以上的幼兒經驗教師運用哪些班級經營知識、該班級經營知識的發展歷程,以及受到哪些因素的影響。研究方法採用質化研究取向,蒐集資料的方式則包括自然觀察與深度訪談。經過一年時間的探究,研究者獲得幾個主要的研究發現:(1)幼兒經驗教師班級經營的知識,主要包括「課室管理的知識」、「親師溝通的知識」、「學生行為輔導的知識」,(2)幼兒經驗教師的班級經營知識許多,許多是從早年家庭生活經驗或受教經驗中省思出來的,而由此發展出來的班級經營知識,皆呈現很穩定的現象;(3)第一年挫敗的帶班經驗,引發幼兒經驗教師班級經營知識的發展;(4)幼兒經驗教師的班級經營知識,許多都是先從師資訓練中獲得初步概念,再經實際教學的驗證而更加稱固;(5)影響幼兒經驗教師班級經營知識發展的因素包括早年的生活經驗和受教經驗、師資培育課程、園所同事、實際帶班經驗、校外研習,以及在職進修教育等。 |
英文摘要 | The study investigated two preschool experienced teachers with more than ten years of teaching experiences on their classroom management knowledge, development of this knowledge, and factors affecting its development. Qualitative research method was used for this case study. Data were collected by naturalistic observations and interviews. Following results were found after one year of research: (a) Classroom management knowledge of experienced preschool teachers included primarily the following: knowledge of classroom management, knowledge of communication with parents, knowledge of behavior guidance, and knowledge of taking care of children's conflict; (b) The development of experienced preschool teachers' knowledge on classroom management grew out of deliberations on their past experiences; (c) The development of experienced preschool teachers' knowledge on classroom management was obvious during the first year; experiences; (d) experienced Preschool teachers got the preliminary concepts of classroom management knowledge from teacher education courses, and these preliminary concepts were later validated in teaching experiences; (e) Factors affecting experienced Preschool teachers' knowledge on classroom management included early experiences, teacher training courses, school colleagues, and teaching experience. |
