中文摘要 | 本研究的目的,旨在探討一位從師範學院畢業的國小初任教萱之實際知識發展歷程及影響因素。研究方法採用質化研究的探究方法,蒐集資料的方式則包括自然觀察、深度訪談,以及文件分析。經過二年時間的探究,研究者獲得幾個主要的研究發現: 一、「如何做好班級經營」、「一般教學法知識」、以及「學科教學法知識」,是初任教育實際知識發展的重心。 二、初任教育實際知識的發展,乃在其自我知識的主導之下運作而成,致使其教學展現出個人獨特的風格。 三、初任教師因受早年經驗的影響,初入師院時即持有一些相當清晰且根深萊固的教學意象,顯見早年經驗對其實際知識的發展影響甚鉅。 四、初任教育的某些實際知識在歷經實際的教學體會後,呈現明顯的發展。 五、影響初任教師實際知識發展的因素主要有:個人的人格特質、早期的生活經驗、受教經驗、職前教育、實際教學經驗,以及人生體會。 |
英文摘要 | The study investigated one elementary school novice teacher on his practical knowledge, development of this knowledge, and factors affecting its development. Qualitative research method was used for case study. Data were collected by naturalistic observations, interviews, and documentary analysis. Following results were found after one year of research: (a)The contents of practical knowledge of the elementary school novice teacher included primarily the following: knowledge of classroom management, knowledge of general pedagogy, and knowledge of pedagogical content. (b)The elementary school novice teacher's development of practical knowledge was under the influence of knowledge of self and his knowledge show extremely individualized characteristics. (c)Due to influence of early experiences, novice teacher developed some clear and long-lasting images of teaching right after he enrolled in teachers colleges. Therefore, it showed clearly that early experiences had tremendous impact on development of practical knowledge. (d)The development of elementary school novice teacher's knowledge on practical knowledge during the first year was obvious, due primarily to his own teaching experience. (e)Factors affecting the elementary school novice teacher's knowledge on practical knowledge included the personality of the teacher, past experiences in daily lives, teacher education courses, and teaching experience. |
