中文摘要 | 許多高科技高價值或高安全顧慮之產品,為避免品質不良造成重大損失,不但應全數檢驗,而且為確保其嚴格品質水準,可能需經不只一次之檢驗程序,此即為所謂之『多重檢驗』。如何在內部生產、檢驗及修復成本與外部失效成本之間,尋求一個最佳均衡點,使廠商之每單位產品平均總成本最低,乃成為本文之研究目的。本文在假設各不同檢驗次數之檢驗錯誤率相同而且拒收品可完全修復的條件下,導出多重檢驗的最小成本模式,分為(1)無平均出廠品質界限 (2)有平均出廠品質界限 兩種情況。每種情況可在依遭拒收之不良品修復後是否仍須重新檢驗區分成兩類,每一類均推導出最佳解數學模式,可非常簡便的求得最佳檢驗次數及各次之最佳檢驗比例。最後,本文得到一些有用之結論,可在求算最小成本解答時簡化計算程序。 |
英文摘要 | Many products of high-tech, high-value or high-safety require multiple inspections for the sake of its high level of quality and the avoidance of enormous losses or catastrophic failure. The main purpose of this paper is to balance the internal cost with the external failure cost in order to minimize the average cost for each outgoing product. With the assumption that the inspection error is identical and rejected products are repairable, we derived a cost-minimization model for multiple inspections, which included two cases: (I) without average outgoing quality limit(AOQL), and (II) with AOQL. Each of them can be classified into two models based on whether the repaired product should be reinspected or not. All the mathematical models built in this paper offered an easy way to solve the optimal number of inspection cycle as well as its optimal inspection fraction for each cycle. Finally, this paper concluded with some useful results that can be used to simplify the computing procedures for the optimal solution. |
