中文摘要 | 執行工作分析常被認為是一份耗時耗力的工作,但因為它所產生的資料是許多人力資源管理之基本功能的基礎,所以又是一個很重要的工作。本研究以某高科技個案公司為例,進行工作分析,並將所得資料電子系統化以作為招募甄選時之運用。研究過程先以結構式面談收集資料,並以工作任務清單的方式來以設計工作分析問卷,最後經由個案公司原有之電腦系統進行問卷的設計與發放。由於將工作分析結果的資料庫以模組嵌入主系統的方式與公司內部網路系統連結,所以本系統可對應員工的基本資料,自動地將所有個人資料彙整。工作分析系統化後,可以節省執行成本及降低人為疏失,更可輔助管理階層制定重要的招募策略與並其他的人力資源管理功能相連結,以達到策略性人力資源管理的綜效。 |
英文摘要 | Job analysis is often regarded as a costly task to organizations. However, it is a very important foundation for all functions in human resource management. The present study utilized a job analysis of a high- tech firm to illustrate the establishment of systematic job-analysis processes. We first used structural interviews to collect information about the targeted jobs. A task inventory list was built from this information. Then the content of the task inventory constitutes the job analysis survey. The surveys were distributed via the intranet system within the company. Because the job analysis module linked with the main HR system, so the information from the survey was automatically stored in the database. Due to the automation of job analysis processes, the human errors and costs were significantly reduced. The illustrated job analysis system can assist managers to make integrated human resource strategies. |
