中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討台灣食品公司之企業文化影響對人才需求的差異,總計發出200份問卷,回收156份,回收率約78%,有效問卷139份,有效率為89.10%。採用統計學之敘述統計分析、量表信度分析、因素分析、集群分析、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe檢定及迴歸分析等方法進行分析,獲得下列主要結論: 1. 運用集群分析將台灣食品公司之企業文化分為四大類型: (1) 市場式:強調工作導向及目標完成,重視準時將產品推出和完成各類生產目標。 (2) 家族式:強調人際關係,忠心與傳統皆為重要的價值觀。 (3) 官僚式:強調規章至上,重視結構化與正規化,穩定與恆久性為重要觀念。 (4) 發展式:強調創新與創業,企業組織較鬆弛與非規條化。 2. 四大類型之企業文化影響招募作業之人才需求差異:市場式強調目標導向,而不強調事件的處理過程,即控制程序較不受到重視。家族式強調傳統而發展式強調創新。官僚式是強調組織結構與正規化。 3. 四大類型之企業文化影響甄選作業之人才需求差異:僅「市場式」與「家族式」具有差異,市場式強調目標導向,而不強調事件的處理過程,且在目標導向下,要求能獨立完成作業之專業能力。家族式強調傳統與人際關的和協性。 故本研究以統計資料分析之方法達成企業文化與人才需求之研究,進而增加人才與企業之相容程度。 |
英文摘要 | This research is about corporate culture which the effect recruitment and selection to employee of food industry in Taiwan. Mailed 200 copies and returned 156 copies, only 139 copies to be effected on returned copies. It is 89.10% to be effected on returned copies. The research uses data analysis method including factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe and K-mean method. The major findings are as follows: There are four corporate culture types to be found what kind of employee the corporate need. First, Market Type: it pays attention on working hard. Second, Family Type: it pays attention on human relation. Third, Bureaucracy Type: it pays attention on organization structure. Fourth, Development Type: it pays attention on creation. On corporate culture effecting recruitment employee, there are different on Market Type and others. The Market Type pays attention on getting goals, but pays no attention on process. The Development Type pays attention on creates. The Family Type pays attention on tradition. Bureaucracy pays attention on organization structure. On corporate culture effecting selection employee, there are different between Market Type and Family Type. The Market Type pays attention on working hard and obtaining goals, but Family Type pays attention on tradition and public relation. So, this study can get the garget that the corporate need under effecting of corporate culture to employee. |
