中文摘要 | 織物欲達舒適性的訴求,可從心理、感宮、熱性質的舒適性三大方面來分析,但其涵蓋甚廣。今專以Alambeta組織靜態熱性質測試器快速測試一般衣著用紡織品,來做靜態熱性質之探討,包括:熱吸收值、熱阻抗值、熱傳導係數、熱擴散值、熱流密度峰值等。 影響織物熱性質的因素有:紗線原料(材質、纖維斷面、單纖細度(d.p.f.))、紗線結構(紡紗成型方式、複合方式)、織物結構(織法、組織、密度、厚度)、整理加工(刷毛、塗佈、貼合)等。從測試數據中除可了解織物之基本靜態熱性質變化的趨勢外,進一步更可作為織物品質監控的確認系統及擬定最適化生產線件的判定工具,最重要的是附帶衍生出開發新產品的靈感與依據。 |
英文摘要 | The factors influencing fabric thermal properties (thermal absorptivity, thermal resistivity, thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity) have fiber characteristic (fiber material, fiber profile and fiber fineness), yam structure (methods of yam spinning and compositions), fabric structure (weaving or knitting method, structural design, fabric density and thickness), finishing process (brushing, coating, laminating) etc. They were studied carefully to find out the relations between process and thermophysical parameters. We not only can understand the trend of fabric thermal properties from the experiment, but also can design a monitoring and controlle for selecting the most suitable manufacturing conditions, in order to produce more high quality textiles. In addition, some novel ideas derived from these analyses and evaluations can be the greatest benefit obtained from this study. |
