中文摘要 | 選用10頭桃園新母豬,經採集動情週期階段(C)與懷孕早期階段(P)靜脈血樣後,比 較該兩階段間血漿中性腺類固醇內泌素與蛋白質濃度之變異,俾供探討母豬懷孕因子之參考 。 試驗結果顯示,新母豬於 P 與 C 漿血之助孕固酮 (P �� ) 濃度自發情當日 (D0) 後逐 漸上升,及至 D13 同時達到巔�禳C此後,在 C 血漿 P �窒@度驟降之同時,P 血漿 P �窒@ 度仍維持在一高水平,且自 D 14 後較 C 血漿者為高; 提示懷孕母豬呈抗解黃體現象。 P 與 C 血漿之 17 β一雌素二醇 (17 β -E �� ) 水平變化, 在包括懷孕關鍵期 (D11~15) 之前相同; 惟 C 血漿 17 β -E �紊@度自 D16 後驟升,且高於 P 血漿者。 與 17 β -E �祗~異者,P 血漿雌素酮濃度於關鍵期前仍與 C 血漿者相埒,惟自 D19 起遽升,而於 D21 時較 C 血漿者為高 (P<0.01)。 P 血漿睪固酮濃度雖在關鍵期前仍與 C 血漿者未呈差異, 惟自 D15 後即高於 (P<0.05) C 血漿者。P 與 C 血漿之總蛋白濃度除 D7 外,在試驗期間 均未呈差異,其變化圖像亦酷似球蛋白者。綜前所述,母豬體內之抗解黃體或激黃體物質可 能於懷孕第 14 日或稍前出現,以維持血漿中助孕固酮水平於不墜,值得深究。 |
英文摘要 | This study was conducted to compare the differences in plasma sex steroid hormone and protein levels between the estrous cycle (C) and early pregnancy (P) in Toayuan gilts. Plasma samples were collected from ten Toayuan gilts by venipuncture once daily during both the C and P stages. Plasma progesterone (P �� ), estrone (E �� ) and testosterone (T) were determined by enzyme immunoassay, while 17 β - estradiol (17 β - E �� ) by radioimmunoassay. Plasma total protein (PRT) and Globulin (GLB) were also analyzed. The results showed that P �� levels rose gradually from the first day of estrus (Day 0) and reached to the peaks on Day 13 in the C and P stages. After that, P �� level declined dramatically to the basal in C stage. However, it also showed a steady higher P �� level after Day 14 in P stage, indicating an antiluteolytic effect has occurred in the pregnant gilts. Gilts showed a same profile of 17 β -E �� levels before Day 15 in P and C stages. Nevertheless, 17 β -E �� level in C stage rose abruptly after Day 16 and was higher than (P<0.05) that in P stage after Day 18. In contrast to 17 β -E ��,E �� level in P stage was similar to that in C one before the critical period of gestation (Day 11~15); however, it increased promptly after Day 19 and was higher in P stage on Day 21. Gilts remained no different (P>0.05) in plasma T levels between P and C stages before Day 14, but it was significantly higher (P<0.05) after Day 15 in P stage. The profile of PRT was the same as that of GLB during both P and C stages in gilts. In addition, it showed that each protein component in the peripheral plasma was not a good factor for pregnancy establishment in the pregnant gilts. On the whole, the antiluteolytic and/or luteotropic materials were present by Day 14 after mating in the pregnant gilts. Advanced study is worthwhile to identify these components. |
