英文摘要 | Depending on the services provided and the demographic subscribers the services are targeted, the software design for the call center applications are different. In order to support different kinds of telecommunication system are equipment, we have adopted modularized architecture that renders us the flexibility to handle future expansion and integration. Following the same line of thinking, we have picked a very flexible design for user interface (UI) so as to provide the friendly screen display to the call center agents when they service customers in real time. Meta-data concept is used in the design of UI to make it flexible. We use data stored in meta-data tables in the data base to adjust the format and the selection of the information displayed on screen. The changes in meta-data, the access of which is limited only to authorized personnel, entail changes in display. A message dispatch system has also been provided, and the messages will be sent to the individuals, groups of people, entire members of some units or all the users when they log on the system. We will discuss its mechanism as well, which took a number of requirements under consideration. |
