中文摘要 | 近年國際大規模企業之財務報表的正確度及透明度受到質疑之際,如何提昇會計資訊之品質受到各界的重視。而會計資訊品質的提昇,有賴會計就業市場人力的供給。因此對於會計就業市場影響因素之探討,是十分值得重視的課題。 本研究以研究所、大學及技職體系的大專會計科系學生為研究對象,以問卷調查為研究工具,進行其對職業選擇影響因素的分析。研究結果發現,「發展潛力」、「知名度」、「起薪及調薪幅度」、「福利措施」及「升遷管道」等依序是會計科系學生進入就業市場最重視的前五個因素。 此外,結果亦發現研究生較大學生及技職體系學生重視「企業規模」相關因素。技職體系學生較大學生及研究生更重視「企業環境」相關因素。 |
英文摘要 | It is a very essential task to provide accurate and immediate accounting information in order to meet the requirements of government policy and entrepreneur reengineering. The purpose of this study is to identify attributes that accounting students find most desirable in their job selection decisions. This research will select the interviewers from the accounting university students and technology college students. The main statistical students and technology college students. The main statistical method of this paper will apply descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Kruskal-Wallis one-way analysis of variance, Mann-Whitney U test , and Dunn's multiple comparison procedure. This paper concludes the fact that quantifiable potentials, firm reputations, salaries, fringe benefits and career advancements are the five most important factors when the interviewers deciding which company in the accounting industry to work for. |
