中文摘要 | 近年來因為科技的發展、運動休閒的生活形態、消費者的知識與觀念進步等因素,使得機能性紡織品非常盛行,許多知名廠商紛紛推出吸濕排汗產品,從最早的杜邦CoolMax®訴求異斷面纖維,接著有各種超細纖維、雙層或多層織物結構及染整加工的應用。現在吸濕排汗機能已經成為紡織品「基本自己備」,其上加入許多「複合機能」,本研究對於異斷面、超細纖維細度、雙層結構中不同織雄的配置等問題進行釐清,透過一系列不同原料與組織的織造實驗,以紡織中心研發的擴散面積、乾燥速率等為評估方法,建立吸濕排汗織物的基礎,作為織物開發的重要參考。在這篇文章中探討的第一部份─平紋疊紗組織的相關結果顯示,棉紗放在織物表面而合成纖維放在織物底面時,其各種吸濕排汗的評估結果比棉與何纖反過來配置,會合纖與合纖交織較好些;PP具有不錯的效果,Nylon則是很差的;纖維細度未必最細的吸濕排汗結果最好;異形橫斷面纖維的效果也未必比一般纖維好;建議後續研究或參考者將本研究結果用於相對比較,並考慮使用親水加工以增加織物吸濕排汗能力。 |
英文摘要 | High performance fabrics are very popular these years because of technique development, casual life style, consumers' knowledge, and so on. Many worldwide companies developed moisture management products. The earliest Coolmax® by Du Pont, a four channel cross-section polyester fiber, which opened new applications of microfiber, multilayered fabrics, and finishing process. However, moisture management function is a standard one, and multifunctional is common nowadays. This study tried to clear up some basic problems, thus a series of test samples were made and evaluated by diffusion and drying ability methods. This Article showed the first part of the results of the plaiting single jersey. A mixed fabric with cotton face and synthetic fiber interlayer is better than opposite placement or all synthetic fabrics. Polypropylene is somehow efficive, but Nylon is poor. Finer filament(dpf) and modified cross-section are not the critical. Later researcher was suggested to use the results as relative reference, and hydrophilic finishing is recommended. |
