中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討費德勒權變領導理論之內涵,瞭解臺北市公立幼稚園園長領導型式、領導情境及領導效能現況,並探討費德勒權變領導理論對臺北市幼稚國國長導的應用性。根據研究結果,提出具體建議,供教育行政機關培訓園長、各校遴聘園長以及提供園長園務經營領導之參考。 為達到上述研究目的,本研究採用文獻分析法,蒐集有關費德勒(Fiedler)「權變領導理論」(Contingency Leadership Theory)的相關文獻,從中分析探討該理論在臺北市公立幼稚園園長之領導型式、領導情境與領導效能之啟示與應用。本研究以單因子變異數分析(ONE-WAY ANOVA)考驗不同年資、產生方式、任期、定位的園長其「領導型式」、及對「情境因素」「領導效能」之感受的差異情形,若差異達顯著水準.則進一步以薛費氏檢定法(Scheffe Method)進行事後比較。採用T考驗考驗不同領導型式的園長,其領導效能的差異情形。以皮爾遜積差相關法(Pearson movcment correlation)分別求出園長不同的領導型式、不同領導情境與領導效能的相關情形。透過訪談蒐集八個情境類型的幼稚園園長領導型式、領導情境、領導效能之資料,並進一步的比較分析,歸納出本研究的結論並提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The research refers to discussing the connotation of Contingency Leadership Theory, understanding the current conditions of heads' leadership types, leadership environment and leadership efficiency in state-owned kindergartens in Taipei, and discussing the application of Fiedler Contingency Leadership theory by heads of kindergartens in Taipei. According to the result of research, it will offer some detailed suggestions to the education administrative for training heads of kindergartens, to schools for appointing heads and to heads for reference in business management in kindergartens. To reach the target of research, the research takes a historic data analysis method and collects some related historic data of Fiedler's contingency Leadership theory to analyze and discuss the revelation and application of the theory for heads' leadership types, leadership condition and leadership efficiency in the state-owned kindergartens in Taipei. The research takes the One-Way Anova analysis to test different seniority, creating approach, term, and the difference of appointed heads' "leadership typed", and "Leadership Efficiency" of Method for the afterward comparison. It takes the T-test for examining the heads of different leadership types and difference of leadership efficiency. And, it takes Pearson Movement Correlation to separately find out the related conditions of the heads' different leadership types, different leadership situations and leadership efficiencies. It summarizes the research results and further proposes suggestions based on collected data on eight situational types of heads' leadership types, leadership situations, leadership efficiencies through visit and talk, and further comparison and analysis. |
