中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討利用具有強氧化能力的氧化鈰(Ce□)觸媒在Fenton-Like的氧化程序上催化偶氮類染料之可行性。使用氧化鈰觸媒,並添加過氧化氫做為其氧化劑,在低溫(<100℃)狀況下可有效進行含偶氮染料廢水之脫色與礦化反應。反應中pH值之下降及反應後UV/VIS全光譜分析結果,驗證Ce□與□□需同時加入廢水中反應才能具有減廢成效。最佳脫色條件為反應溫度60℃,觸媒與□□添加量分別為2.0g/L以及20mL/L。此外,在礦化成效方面,最佳操作條件為反應溫度70℃時添加2.0g/L觸媒量及20mL/L的□□,此時COD去除效率可達94%左右。 |
英文摘要 | By adding ceria and □□ simultaneously (designated as Fenton-Like Oxidation Process, FLOP), advanced oxidation of a wastewater containing azo dye was investigated. Via this FLOP, color removal and mineralization of dying wastewater could be effectively proceeded even at low temperatures (<100℃). Decreased pH value and results of UV/VIS scanning analysis of the mixture after reaction further demonstrated the efficacy of FLOP. The optimal operating conditions for color removal were: reaction temperatuer~60℃, catalyst loading~2.0g/L, □□~20mL/L, thus stood at a color removal rate near 100%. Additionally, for mineralization COD removal increased with reaction temperature, white the optimal catalyst loading was still at 2.0g/L. Approximately 94% COD removal rate could be attained under the optimal reaction conditions. |
