中文摘要 | 本研究以兩種不同含浸法,製備一系列之擔體氧化鈰觸媒。在批次式高壓反應險中,以醋酸為溶劑,氧氣為氧化劑,進行環己烷與環己酮之液相共氧化反應之研究。在相同氧化鈰含量時,發現以多次初濕含浸法制備之擔體氧化鑲觸媒具有較高的活性。不同含浸法對擔體觸媒長面特性之影響亦詳加探討,以釐清其對環己烷與環己酮共氧化反應之轉化率與二質子酸生成分率之影響。不同的反應條件,例如反應溫度、觸媒濃度、環己烷與環己酮之初濃度及其莫耳分率比等,對環己烷與環己酮共氧化反應之初速率與二質之酸之生成分率,均有影響。此外,當氧氣分壓大於12.5atm以上時,氧氣分壓對反應初速率之影響即不甚明顯。由實驗數據,我們也求出反應初速率與環己烷與環己酮初濃度關係之經驗式。 |
英文摘要 | The liquid-phase cooxidation of cyclohexane and cyclohexanone over supported cerium oxide catalysts prepared with two different impregnation methods has been studied thoroughly in a batch autoclave sing glacial acetic acid as the solvent. Under identical ceria loading, the catalyst prepared with multi-impregnation method has a higher activity than that with conventional impregnation method. Some of the catalyst’s characters have been discussed to elucidate the effect of the impregnation method on the activity and product selectivity. Reaction parameters, such as the reaction temperature, catalyst loading, initial concentration of cyclohexane and cyclohexanone, molar ratio of cyclohexane/cyclohexanone affect the reaction rate and the product selectivity while the oxygen partial pressure only has a mild effect on the reaction rate as it exceeds 12.5 atm. Empirical rate expressions which correlate the initial reaction rates of cyclohexane and cyclohexanone with the initial concentrations of cyclohexane and cyclohexanone are drawn. |
