中文摘要 | 本研究從實際應用的觀點利用模擬結果建立一套Pyrex玻璃材質、內部充滿結構化 填充物之異相共沸蒸餾實驗裝置,以異丙醇、水和環己烷之系統為對象,探討異相共沸蒸餾 塔之程序特性與控制策略。經實驗證實臨界迴流之存在,欲在塔底獲得高純度的異丙醇產物 ,需操作在臨界迴流以上,且需在塔內溫度出現一段70℃平坦區。在塔底異丙醇純度為99.5% 之要求下,控制系統的設計首先是以不影響程序正常操作之閉環路方式執行控制環路配對與 模式識別,再利用以奇異值分析法為基礎之韌性控制策略與順序設計法計算控制器參數。從 進料量改變的測試結果顯示,此兩種控制策略皆可獲得比BLT法較佳的控制效果。本研究對 異相共沸蒸餾塔設計實驗系統與控制系統之方式,將可做為產業界應用的參考。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, a laboratory scale distillation column was constructed on the basis of simulation results to study the process characteristics and control strategies of a heterogeneous azeotropic distillation. The separation of IPA from water using cyclohexane as the entrainer is selected as the test example. A series of experiments have confirmed the existence of critical reflux rate for this azeotropic distillation system. To obtain high-purity IPA product from column bottom, reflux rate must be operated above its critical value and a temperature profile in column must have a plateau at 70℃. In control system design, closed-loop methodologies, which don't interrupt normal process operation, were utilized to pair control loops and identify process models. Controller parameters were calculated by sequential design and singular-value-analysis based robust control methods. Test results of feed rate changes demonstrate the effectiveness of these two control strategies over BLT method. The approaches adopted in this study to designing the experimental apparatus and control system of a heterogeneous azeotropic distillation column can be widely applied in industrial environment. |
