中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在探討高血脂症個素的人口學變項、危險因子、飲食行為、運動行為、生化指數及影響生化指數之因素。選取某教學醫院內科高血脂症病人共149人進行問卷調查及抽血按驗:總膽固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)及三酸甘油酪(TG),其研究結果以百分比、平均值、單因子變異量分析、t撿定、皮爾森積差相關及薛費氏事後撿定等方法進行統計分析。 結果發現研究對象中有2/3超過標準體重;79.2%為中老年人;此次才知道罹患高血脂症 佔42.4%;以只有一個危險因子為最多,佔36.9%;目前則仍有24人抽菸。飲食方面,個案在油量及肉類攝取普遍過多,青菜攝取較少;運動方面只有16人有達到 耐力性運動。 影響生化指數之相關因素有:性別、體型、危險因子多寡及攝取高膽固醇高油脂食物會影響其HDL-C值。有無喝酒、體型、危險因子多寡會影響其TG值。 結論為應衛教高血脂症個案維持正常體重、減少喝酒、減少高膽固醇及高油脂食物之攝取以維持正常之生化指數。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to understand the demographic data, risk factors, diet and exercise of the hyperlipidemia clients and to identify the factors associated with the hyperlipidemia clients' serum lipid results: TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and TG. 149 hyperlipidemia patients were selected to answer a specific questionair, and their blood were sampled to examine the TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and TG levels. All datas collected are analyized by "percentage", "average", "one-way ANOVA", "t-test", "Scheff's method"and "Pearson's correlation" methods. The results shows the following. Two thirds of patients's weight are heavier than the standard and 79.2% are middle or old age. 42.4 % of patients first time know they have hyperlipidemia. Clients who have only one dangerous factor account for 36.9%. 16% of clients smoke cigerates. In diet control, most clients take too much fat and meats, but too little vegetables. Only 11 % c1ients regularly take durable exercise. The results also show that the HDL-C level is inf1uenced by sex, BMI, risk factors, high cholesterol and high fat diet. The TG level is associated with alcohol drinking, BMI and risk factors.Conclusion: Introducing the health education program, maintaining normal boby weight, decreasing alcohol drinking and decreasing high cholesterol and high fat diet can improve hyperlipidemia. |
