中文摘要 | 由於地下捷運車站呈現密閉的空間型態及每日使用人數眾多等許多潛在危險,一旦發生火災,往往造成重大的人命傷亡。避難安全設計主要重點在於能否確保旅客在避難容許時間內成功的避難逃生,以符合地下車站的必要安全需求。本文經由對美國NFPA(National Fire Protection Association)130及我國捷運系統TRTS(Taipei of Rapid Transportation System)等有關地下車站人避難所需時間與避難容許時間之比較分析,提出修正我國地下車站避難時間評估方法之相關建議,以供後續捷運防災路網設計規劃參考。 |
英文摘要 | It is dangerous on the underground transit station because of the special characteristics of closed environment and lots of occupants. And fire on the underground stations may contribute a large number of casualties. The main evacuation safety is to ensure that the passengers can evacuate under the Available Safe Egress Time (ASET) successfully and fit the request of underground station evacuation safety indeed. By analyzing for the Required Egress Time (RET) and the Available Safe Egress Time (ASET) of NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) code 130 and TRTS (Taipei of Rapid Transportation System) standards, we can consult the discussion in this paper of the following design of the rapid transit system in Taiwan. |
