中文摘要 | 知識管理是近來學術界最熱門的研究議題之一,而圖書館一向以管理人類知識的機構自居,卻對本身的專業知識及工作經驗缺乏管理。本文從實務立場確定知識管理對圖書館組織的必要性,構想圖書館在經營策略的選擇中,以知識管理做為改善組織的策略工具,以核心能力為管理焦點,並使圖書館員與圖書館組織在創新學習和結構設計的行動路線上明確分工。再由知識管理的環節中來探討如何促進圖書館員創造、分享與應用知識,成為一個知識工作者,同時找出應該塑造怎樣的情境才能有助於知識管理,並進一步強化圖書館組織的應變與創新能力。 |
英文摘要 | Knowledge management has become one of the leading topics in academic circles recently. However, as an institution that has always been managing human knowledge, the library can't manage well its own professional knowledge and working experience. In this article, the necessity of knowledge management for the library is verified in a practical situation. The contemplated strategies of management in library include knowledge management as strategic device, core competency as management focus, and clear division of job between actions of innovation learning for librarians and organization design for the library. More details in knowledge management are also discussed as of how to encourage librarians to create, share and apply knowledge to become knowledge-workers, and what framework should be formed in order to help improve knowledge-oriented management, or even reinforce the capacity for innovativeness and adaptation in libraries' organization. |
