中文摘要 | 本試驗在探討生菌劑對早期離乳仔豬(17±1.5天)生長性能,腸道菌相變化與血液中膽固醇和三甘酸油酯含量之影響。教槽料在試驗一有添加抗生素,在試驗二無添加抗生素。各試驗在適應期之後分為四個處理組(每欄五隻、每組二欄),每組各餵一種飼料為期四週。試驗一分為對照組(CON)、抗生素組(AB)、自產生菌劑(SCP),或自產生菌劑加菊糖和乳酮糖(SIL)。試驗二分為對照組、市售生菌劑一、市售生菌劑二、或自產生菌劑。豬隻體重和採食量每週測一次。各試驗結束時採血,肛門採糞則在試驗中期與結速時。試驗結果顯示,在適應期教槽料有添加抗生素的豬餵飼自產生菌劑無改善日增重,且採食量較少,但是在適應期氏槽料無添加抗生素的豬餵飼自產生菌劑有改善日增重,且採食量較多。雖然統計無顯著,豬餵飼自產生菌劑者,其血液中膽固醇和三甘酸油酯含量以及糞便中大腸菌屬較對照組組低,而血中免疫球蛋白(IgG)與糞便乳酸菌較對照組組高。故自產生菌劑可能可以調控豬隻腸道微生物及激發免疫反應。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigates growth performance, changes in intestinal bacterial population, and blood cholesterol and triglyceride in early weaned piglets (17±1.5days) fed diets containing probotics. The creep diets were supplied with antibiotics (in experiment 1) or without antibiotics (in experiment 2). Following an acclimation period, each experiment divided the pigs into four treatment groups (five pigs per pen, two pens per treatment) and fed them one of four diets for 4 weeks. The diets in experiment 1 were control (CON), antibiotic (AB), self-cultured probiotics (SCP), or SCP plus inulin and lactulose (SIL), while those in experiment 2 were CON, commercial probiotics 1 (CP1), commercial probiotics 2 (CP2), or SCP. Body weight and feed intake were measured weekly, and bloods samples were collected at the end of each experiment. Fecal samples were collected in the middle and at the end of each experiment. Experimental results indicated that pigs fed SCP did not exhibit improved average daily gain (ADG) and decreased feed intake if they took the acclimation diet with antibiotics added. However, pigs fed SCP exhibited improved ADG and increased feed intake when on the acclimation diet without antibiotic additive. Although the treatments did not differ significantly, pigs fed SP diets have flower level of serum cholesterol and triglyceride, lower counts of fecal coliforms, higher level of serum IgG, and higher counts of fecal lactic acid bacteria than those in CON group in both experiments. Consequently, SCP diet might modulate intestinal microbes and stimulated immune response. |
