中文摘要 | 選擇乾燥之金栗蘭科中草藥一種,以逆向法經由水萃取製備濃縮粉末,比較具飼養效果。以28日齡離乳仔豬當作試驗豬,進行4週飼養試驗。開始前2週攝食仔一料,試驗後2週攝食仔二料。試驗一處理:第1組空白基礎料為對照組,第2組基礎料加的55ppm樂美素組(Levamisole),第3組基礎料加0.4%中草藥原粉末組,第4組基礎料加0.064%水萃取粉末組中草藥含量與第3組相當)。試驗二處理:第1組空白基礎料為對照組,第2組基礎料加55ppm樂美素組,第3組基礎料加0.05%中草藥原粉末組,第4組基礎料加0.008%水萃取粉末組(中草藥含量與第3組相當)。試驗期4週間,水萃取粉末組較原藥材粉末組,對離乳仔豬隻日增重有較佳的反應p<0.01),飼料攝食量亦有顯著的提高(p<0.05),但飼料換肉率並無顯著差異(p>0.05)。從試驗開始2週間,水萃取粉末組亦較原粉末組的隻日增重為佳(p<0.01),原粉末組因適口性不佳攝食量減少(p<0.05),造成隻日增重較低;水萃取粉末組的飼料換肉率在前兩週較原粉末組為優(p<0.05)。試驗後兩週間,水萃取粉末組的隻日增重、飼料攝食量均較原粉末組為優(p<0.05),飼料換肉率差異不顯著。此結果顯示水萃取粉末組除適口性不受影響外,還有促進攝食量之效果。 另飼料換肉率方面,除試驗前2週間攝食仔豬一期料試驗期中,樂美素組與原粉末組有偏高的飼料換肉率外(p<0.05),其他期間均無差異顯著性,此顯示樂美素組與原粉末組在攝食仔一料期間,飼料攝食量不佳,導致增重少,飼料換肉率亦不佳。水萃取粉末組效果佳,肇因於飼料中添加此萃取粉末量少,故不影響仔豬攝食飼料之意願,尤其對剛離乳仔豬更為有效。 |
英文摘要 | This trial involving 60 pigs was conducted to evaluate the effects of different types (raw material and water extracted) of Chinese herb as feed additives on the growth performances of weaned pigs. The weaned pigs were allocated into four groups with three duplicates. The pigs were fed pre-starter and starter diets ad libitum in first two weeks and second two weeks of test, respectively. In the pre-starter phase, the treatments were as follows: Lot 1: Basal diet (control); Lot 2:Basal diet +55 ppm Levamisole (positive control); Lot 3:Basal diet +0.4% dried herb powder; Lot 4:Basal diet +0.064% water extracted herb powder. In the starter phase, the treatments were as follows: Lot 1:Basal diet (control); Lot 2:Basal diet +55 ppm Levamisole (positive control); Lot 3:Basal diet +0.05% dried herb powder; Lot 4:Basal diet +0.008% ater extracted herb powder. From 1st to 4th week test period, the results showed that there was a highly significant difference (p< 0.01) on the daily gain between Lot 4 and Lot 1,2, and 3. There was also a highly significant difference (p<0.01) in the feed intake between Lot 4 and Lot I and 3. There was no significant difference among 4 groups on the feed conversion rate. During pre-starter period (first 2 weeks), there was a highly significant difference (p< 0.01) in the daily gain between Lot 1 and 4 and Lot 2 and 3. There was also a significant difference (p<0.05) in the feed intake between Lot 4 and Lot 3. Again, there was a significant difference among 4 groups in the feed conversion rate (p<0.05). During starter period, there was a highly significant difference (p<0.01) in the daily gain between Lot 4 and Lot 1 and 3. There was another significant difference (p<0.05) in the feed intake between Lot 4 and Lot 1 and 3. However, there was no significant difference among 4 groups in the feed conversion rate. In conclusion, the water extracted herb powder exhibited a more substantial effect on the growth performance of daily gain and feed intake through 4 weeks test period than that of dried herb powder. |
