中文摘要 | 本研究擬就臺灣目前所實拖的證照制度,與最先推行職業證照制度成效良好的英、德兩國,分別就職業教育與訓練、法規與負責單位、證照等級,考試程序、社會對證照認同度、評定人員選擇,相對性學術證書,以及終生學習等層面進行異同比較,並加以綜合分析,藉以暸解他國的職業證照制度,擷取他國優點,作為我國推行職業證照之借鏡。 |
英文摘要 | This paper makes a comparison between Taiwan vocational qualifications with that of England and Germany, which perform vocational qualifications first, and has good result. The chapters will make a comparison on the items of vocational education and training, law, regulation and awarding bodies, degree of vocational qualifications, certificate procedure, social identify, selection of certificate Committee, matching Academic Qualifications, and life long learning eras. It is hoped that from learning the vocational qualifications of other countries, we could take the merits of others, and offers some suggestions for performing the vocational qualifications in Taiwan. |
