中文摘要 | 本研究這在瞭解進修專校學生之學習動機及不同性別、年齡及工作年資對學習動 機的差異情形,本研究以德明技術學院附設進修專校學生為抽樣母體,共發出312份問卷, 有效回收份數為280份,有效回收率為89.7﹪。以描述統計,獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數 分析檢定方法,將所得資料予以處理分析。研究結果顯示:1.學習動機各構面上的得分以 「內在目標取向」得分最高,其次為「外在目標取向」、再其次為「學習的控制信念」、 而「學習的自我效能」最低,學生學習動機之價值成分高於期待成分;2.男女學生在學習 動機因素上沒有顯著的差異存在;3.不同工作年資對學習動機因素有顯著差異性存在,工 作年資愈長其學習動機愈強;4.不同年齡對學習動機因素有顯著差異存在,年齡越大其學 習動機愈強。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to discern the differentiation of learning motivation among extension school students at Takming College in terms of their gender, age, work experience. The sampling is taken from the questionnaire for extension school students at Takming College--280 valid copies of the questionnaire out of 312 copies issued. The percentage of the validity is 89.7%. Through “Independence Sample of T test" and "One-way analysis of variance," we come up with the result which shows: first, as far as their learning motivation is concerned, the ranking for "the orientation toward internal objective" comes first; "the orientation toward external objective" comes second; "the faith of self-control over learning" comes third; "the self-confidence in learning" comes last. Second, there exist no apparent differences of motivation in terms of gender. Third, work experience counts a lot for their motivation; the more their work experience appears, the more their learning motivation shows. Fourth, age differences also contribute to their learning motivation—the older students have stronger learning motivation. |
