中文摘要 | 人力資源管理雖在企業建立核心競爭力上扮演關鍵性角色,但其難以與利潤直接連結的本質並無法改變,是故必須更講求效率與效能,努力降低成本,方能替企業創造更高的附加價值。本研究旨在以人力資源體系中的續效管理為核心,並針對其與人力資源規劃、訓練發展、薪資管理、招募任用各功能的連結情形進行探討,藉此建立續效管理體系的管理流程,以作為設計開發整合性人力資源資訊系統的基礎。並針對國內三家大型企業(知名連鎖百貨公司、鋼鐵公司及連鎖便利商店)進行個案分析與比較,瞭解此三家不同產業背景之企業在人力資源資訊系統的實行與整合情形,並予分析比較出差異所在,並依分析結果對後續研究及企業界提出建設性的提議。 |
英文摘要 | Human Resource Management, a heterogeneous nucleus generated by a firm, provides a distinctive competency that is difficult for competitors to replicate. Although information technology is expected to improve human resource management to provide not only administrative data but also data to support strategic and cost-based decision-making, many human resource information systems (HRIS) are still focusing on administrative tasks such as record keeping and payroll. This paper develops a theoretical model of a performance management system that integrates performance appraisal, human resource planning, training & development, recruitment and compensation systems in an integrated human resource information system (IHRIS).The implementation of the model will be empirically examined to provide a basis for management to review their own HRIS, and especially to identify directions for further development on the IHRIS. |
