中文摘要 | 本文的主要目的在建立一個可實行的學校教學評鑑系統。 首先,本文分別從心理和技術兩個層面分析教學評鑑所面臨的問題。就心理層面的問題而言,主要是因為教師不信任評鑑及不願意參與評鑑,而讓評鑑難以順利的推動。就技術層面的問題來說,則是因為學校及教師缺乏相關的知識和經驗,使得評鑑的設計無肋於教師教學的改善。 其次,本文分別針對這兩個層面的問題提出可行的解決途徑,然後,再從統整的觀點建構出一個以參與、溝通及協同為核心的學校教學評鑑系統。此一評鑑系統的重心在於將評鑑和教師的專業發展活動做結合,以協助教師改善教學。此外,它亦兼顧總結性評鑑的概念。因此,也可以做為人事上的相關決定之用。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this article is to establish a practicable system for teaching evaluation. Firstly, it analyzes the mental and technical problems that teaching evaluation may be faced with. Secondly, it proposed the ways that can solve these problems according to some researches and theories concerned. Finally, it integrated these ways into a practicable system for teaching evaluation. Participation, communication, and collaboration are the core concepts and basic attitudes of this evaluation system. The viewpoints and strategies of teachers' professional development were discussed and integrated into this system, so it can help teachers to improve their instruction effectively. Besides, this system could also be used to tile decision making about personnel. |
