中文摘要 | 課程目標的達成,教學及學習成效的確立,均需透過教學評鑑的考核與鑑定。 教學評鑑的重要性早已為人們所確認,然以往多偏重在中小學,對自主性高的高等 學府多所偏忽。實則教學與評鑑密不可分,不論學校的層級為中小學或大學院校, 教學評鑑都可視為進行教育改革的重要手段方法,其中面臨新制師資培育法衝擊的 師範學院,更應落實微觀、整體的、兼具過程與目標的教學評鑑,從每位教師自身 的教學改進做起,應用多種的評鑑方法與工具,以提昇教學品質,改進教學。 本文首先評量、評估、測驗、評鑑等常用的詞彙做一釐清,繼分析教學評鑑 的功能與在學校實施的面向。之後文獻探討教學評鑑的兩種主要類型--教師自編成 就測驗與卷例評鑑。研究者並以自身的教學為例,個案分析在師院所授教學原理課 程中實際應用教學評鑑的情形,藉以印證教學評鑑的理論及可行性;並以評鑑結果 省思研究者自身的教學,供後續修正教學的參考。 |
英文摘要 | Instruction and evaluation are closely interwoven. The achievent of educational goal. and the quality of instruction can only be assured through evaluation. The significance of instructional evaluation should be widely recognized not only in primary and secondary schools but in higher education. This study has three purposes: firstly, to clarity the meaning of evaluation, assessment, measurement, and testing in order to fully comprehend the essence of instructional evaluation; secondly, to explore the major types of instructional evaluation, which include teacher-made-achievement tests and portfollio assessment; thirdly, to use the above mentioned evaluation tion methods in the "instructional, theory" course in teachers college to evaluaverify the validity of the evaluation methods as well as to improve this author's own teaching quality. |
