中文摘要 | 傳統的存貨模式均假設需求呈常態分配,且每次只向一個供應商訂購一種產品,而訂購之批量大小僅考慮均為良品的情況等。然而這些假設卻無法反映多產品不同需求下實際的訂購狀況。因此本研究考量結合多產品不同需求及訂購批量中含不良品之情形,以期推導出合理的存貨預估策略,並減少訂購所需之總成本。本研究假設前置時問中多產品之需求呈下列五種常見分配之組合:(1)常態分配;(2)指數分配;(3)均勻分配;(4)伽瑪分配;(5)韋伯分配,另考慮每批量之不良率呈貝他分配,並採疊代法將上述各種不同需求分配組合情況下的存貨訂購策略予以推導,除利用機率理論與電腦模擬的方式求算最佳存貨策略外,並比較其與傳統存貨模式開之差異及對存貨管理之影響。最後,本研究利用S-Plus撰寫一套應用程式,藉以簡化非常態多產品不同需求分配下存貨訂購策略制定繁雜的計算過程,可供工商業界參考及使用。 |
英文摘要 | Traditionally, a normally-distributed demand during lead time and ordering one type of product from a supplier each time are generally assumed in most inventory control models Moreover, only the good quality products / parts are considered in the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) model. However, these assumptions can’t truly reflect the realistic situations in the multi-items’ EOQ models. For the purpose of reducing the total purchasing cost, a revised multiitems’ EOQ model and its associated inventory control policies including reordering point, and economic ordering quantity have been developed to reflect the realistic situations. Five common probability distributions used to describe product demand are : (1) normal, (2) exponential, (3}uniform, (4)gamma, and (5)Weibull distributions. Besides, the beta distribution is also assumed to model the case in which the defect rate per lot is symmetric or asymmetric. Based on the considerations of various demand and quality distributions, the inventory control polices for multi-items’ EOQ model have been developed using the iteration method. Finally, a computer program using S-plus is written to simplify the tedious process of determining the multi-items’ inventory control policies in various imperfect quality models. Numerical examples are also be given to demonstrate the use of this program under miscellaneous conditions. |
