英文摘要 | The Publicphone Customer Service System (PCSS) is a management system to integrate all existing heterogeneous publicphone operations. PCSS adopts tree-tiers web-based technology and central maintenance strategy not only to reduce cost but also to promote the quality and performance of service. Furthermore, for competing with other fixed network supplier, the system can support more business flexibility. Thus the main purpose of this paper is to present the framework, framework, function, design and implementation of PCSS. |
