中文摘要 | 新一代的「電信客戶服務資訊系統」(Telecom Operation Service System,簡稱 TOPS)採用開式三層次系統架構平台,以物件導向技術設計開發。電信供裝工務作業流程 是整個電信客戶服務作業流程中重要且不可缺的流程,電信供裝工務作業流程主要有查訂用 戶線等作業流程。查訂用戶線作業流程是在「線路設備運用管理資訊系統」(Line Equipment Application Management Information System,簡稱LEAMIS)下運跑,LEAMIS屬於專屬作 業平台(DEC VAX VMS)與專屬網路架構(DECNet)下的電信維運系系。在TOPS與LEAMIS 這二異質性作業平台發展一具開放性、安全性、易控制的網路通訊協定架構是本文主要探討 議題。另一方面,查訂線介面系統發展的主要目的乃是在提供兩系統間跨平台網路通信架構、 流程控制、工作聯單處理、例外案處理等作業。服務中心受理電話申請之聯單,需透過本介 面系統之網路架構來作資料傳送,以完成Windows NT作業環境平台,而LEAMIS端是採 取VAX VMS作業環境,因此為因應兩系統不同平台間如何達成網路連線狀態及線上資料 傳輸等問題亦為本文重要課題。 TOPS查訂線介面系統採用物件導向分析與設計發展理念,從使用者需求分析、使用案 例(Usecase)、物件導向分析(以物件方式表示使用者需求與導入物件靜態及動態模式)、 物件導向設計所產生之系統規格、物件、類別關係等物件導向重要產出以及以物件程式設計 發展並結合網路通訊協定架構來提供查訂線介面系統的主體。 |
英文摘要 | One of the important issues of service order provisioning is to fulifl the "one-stop shopping" service policy. There are many existing heterogeneous Operation Support Systems (OSS) that support the Telecom Operation Service System (TOPS) now. In particular, the Line Equipment Application Management Information System (LEAMIS) is one of the major OSS. TOPS adopts the well-known 3-tier platform but LEAMIS is still the proprietary platform (DEC VAX/VMS) with the proprietary network architecture (DECNet). The central point of TOPS to operate with LEAMIS is to build the network architecture capability between two heterogeneous platforms. However the development of an open, efficiency, security, and easy controlled network architecture will be concerned. On the other hand, the service provisioning usecases, working sheet contents, and workflow are also developed. The interface system between TOPS and LEAMIS does not only provide a solution how to build the network architecture capabilities between different platforms of two system but also control work flow, process working sheet and lots of exception handing. We will adopt object-oriented (OO) mechanisms to develop the system. Meanwhile, we use formal usecase to specific requirement, object oriented analysis to analyze the requirement and introduce them into OO scenairo, system logical domain. On the other way, the object-oriented design that will transfer OOA result and introduce them into system dynamic behavior. Finally, using OOP to implement the system. This paper will present the overall framework of the network architecture of heterogeneous platforms, usecase, static object scenario, dynamic object scenario, work flow, and network protocol. |
