中文摘要 | 檢測數據是所有調查、評估作業的重要依據,然而如何確保數據之完整性、精密及準確性,則須在檢驗過程中導入標準作業程序之觀念才可完成。本研究除於本校環工系水質分析研究室建立26項一般水質參數之標準作業程序外,另研究室所有重要儀器之標準操作程序也一併建立完成。至於實驗過程中常需使用的藥品,則藉由電腦將其建檔分類及統計數量;並藉由藥品借出使用之登記管理方式,除可加強藥品管理及使用上之安全,更可加速統計學期末實驗室各項藥品之數量,進而提供較正確之藥品採購數量,減少藥品不必要之浪費。另本研究室之藥品依環保署所列管毒性化學物質及勞工安全衛生法所規定之有害性物質,經統計發現分別為7種及19種。至於實驗室之廢液量以BOD實驗為主,約佔廢液總量之33%。再者,採用F及t檢定方式比較標準作業程序前後之實驗分析結果得知,採用標準作業程序除可將實驗錯誤減少外,另數據之精密性也相對提昇。 |
英文摘要 | The data of measurement is important for all investigations and evaluations in environmental quality. However, for achieving the integrity, precision and accuracy of data conducted by experimental processes, it was necessary that the concept of standard operation processes (SOP) was applied to the water quality laboratory. This research has successful established 26 SOP's methods regulated in Taiwan related regulations. Moreover, those of the substantial instruments in the laboratory were also set up. For convenience of the management and safety for chemicals in the laboratory, the user enrolling was adopted in the laboratory. Depended on the information of chemicals characteristic, seven species were classified by the MSDS off EPA and nineteen species were classified by the law of Occupational safety and health. Finally, comparing the data of before SOP with that of after SOP by F and t test, the errors in experimental processes could e reduced and the precision was also promoted. |
