中文摘要 | GC Fuji Type Ⅰ玻璃離子黏合劑,依廠商說明書上的標準粉液比1:8及以所建議的標準手調混合步驟混合,仿照ISO-7489規格,置入表面已塗佈一薄層溶有石蠟的甲苯溶液而內模直徑為4±0.1公厘,高為6 ± 0.1公厘的左右可分離不鏽鋼模具內,上下墊以壓克力板,再以C型夾夾緊,置入37 ± 1℃ 100%濕度瓶內1小時後,拆模檢視樣本後儲存在37 ± 1℃蒸餾水中,經1天,30天,280天三個不同的硬化儲存時間後,就其抗壓強度性質做一測試,以掃描式電子顯微鏡觀察顯微物像結構是否有所不同,並以能量分散光譜儀(Energy Dispersive Spectrometer)檢測其化學組成元素構成比例是否有所改變。由實驗結果得知,(1)經不同儲存時間後的抗壓強度有增加趨勢,(2)在掃描式電子顯微鏡下觀察顯微物像結構則無明顯差別,(3)而以能量分散光譜儀探察玻璃離子黏合劑經不同的硬化儲存時間後所呈現的主要化學組成元素構成比例變化,如以Si為基準,知道F變化最多,Al次之。 |
英文摘要 | Glass ionomer materials consist some characteristics including the release of fluoride ion which may produce a cariostatic action, the physio-chemical bonding ability to enamel and dentine, and biocompatibal with pulpal tissue. This study will evaluate the change of the compressive strength and microstructure of the set glass ionomer cements when aging in different period in 37 ± 1℃ distilled water via Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and the element composition of the glass ionomer cements via Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS). The results indicated that there was a tendency of increasing compressive strength of glass ionomer cements when they were stored in water through increasing time. Observation of glass ionomer cements under SEM, there were no significant sturcture difference among different stroed time. When examined by EDS, it showed that the main elements of the set ionomer cements were that the F element was maximal then, Al, Si element, and P element was the least. But when Si element was taken as a base line, it showed that F element changes were greater than Al element except P element. |
