中文摘要 | 本研究主要是應用近紅外線光譜儀 (NIR),量測幾丁聚醣(Chitosan)的脫乙醯度,此種方法有別於傳統得分析方式,提供一種快速而準確的分析方法。本實驗主要是藉由測得各種不同脫乙醯度的幾丁聚醣樣品之近紅外線光譜圈,針對光譜圈中某些特徵波長吸收度的變化情形,並配合利用數學上PLS線性回歸方法完成檢量曲線,即可利用此檢量線在35秒內完成脫乙醯度量測,以利於幾丁聚醣品質管制及加工應用。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy is used to determination the degree of N-deacetylation in chitin and chitosan. Presently there is no rapid accurate method to determine this value. The samples were analyzed in the 1100 nm to 2500 nm region using a spinning sample module. Partial least square (PLS) regression analysis was used to develop the calibration equation. Once the calibration equation has been developed, unknown samples can be analyzed by near infrared spectroscopy in less than 35 seconds. |
