中文摘要 | 本研究調查臺灣北部大桶山區天然及柳梅人工林植群,天然林共設置35個樣區,利用附趨對應分析及雙向指標種分析,依據7項環境因子,可將本區植群型分為4型及6亞型:1.山胡椒-筆筒樹型:為早期演替序列植物社會,海拔介於575-680m之間主要位於中坡道路旁;2.水冬瓜-江某型:海拔介於370-700m之間,分布於中坡谷地及山溝旁,另因地形及局部組成差異,可再分出二亞型:2a;香楠-江某亞型。組成上缺乏殼斗科植物,可視為演替中途林型;2b.豬母乳-江某亞型,屬於山溝林型;3.茜草樹-白校欑型:海拔介於370-770m之間,地形上屬於小稜脊或中坡,因因地形及局部組成差異,可再分出二亞型:3a.子彈石櫟-大明橘亞型,為特殊的瘦脊林型3b.臺灣八角-白校欑亞型;4.長葉木薑子-紅楠型:海拔介於700-900m之間,地形上屬於寬闊之悛頂、上坡及支稜頂,依海拔、地形及組成差異,可再分出二亞型:4a.錐果櫟-紅楠亞型;4b.狹瓣華八仙-紅楠亞型。柳杉人工林共設置44個樣區,利用雙向指標種分析,依水分梯度大致可分出3種地被型:1.柳杉-瓶蕨地被型,林分地表溼度最高;2.柳杉-輪葉紫金牛地被型,林分地表溼度適中;3.柳杉-細柄雙蓋蕨地被型,林分地表溼度最低。柳杉林下層植物經40年演替後,樟科植組成恢復良好,但殼斗科植物恢復情形不佳,木本層植物豐富度及數量隨柳杉林年齡增加而上,仍低於鄰近天然林樣區累積之平均數,草本層植物在冠層鬱閉後,物種豐富度並無多大變化,依據Peet & Christensen森林生物多樣性發展4階段模式,40年齡級柳梅林分出現大部分冠層樹種,物種豐富度增加,βdiversity降低,已可歸入下層植物再現期。本區調查到稀有及瀕危植物共有18種,是臺灣原始觀音座蓮主要族群分布集中地點。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study was on the investigation of Cryptomerria japonica plantations and natural orsemi-natural vegetation in Tatung Mountain, Northern Taiwan. Based on 35 samples and 7 environmental facotrs, Detrended correspondence analysis (DCA) and Twoi Way Indicator Species Analysis (TWINSPAN) were carried out to examine stand groupings. Four types and 6 subtypes from within can be recognized as follows: 1.Litsea cubeba- Cyathea lepifera type, elevatioin ranging from 575-680m, located on mid-slope near the roadside. 2.Saurauia tristyla var. oldhamii-Schefflera octophylla type, elevation ranging from 370-700m, located on mid-slope concave or valley bottom; 2a. Mmachilus zhihoensis-Schefflera octophylla subtype, belonging to a part of valley type; .3.Randia cohinchinensis-Castanopsis cuspidata var. carlesii f. sessiblis subtype, elevation ranging from 370-770, located on hill-tops or mid-slope sites, based on topography and compositional variations, two subtypes can be divided as 3a. Pasania glabra-Myrsine sequnii subtype, a special type of vegetation on narrow ridge; 3b. Illicium formosana-Castanopsis cuspidata var. carlesii subtype; 4.Litsea acuminata-Machilus thunbergii type, locacted on top of ridge and upper-slope, based on elevation topography and compostional variations, two subtype can be classified as 4a. Cyclobalanopisi longinux var. Linginux-Machilus thunbergii subtype; 4b. Hydrangea angustipelata-Machilus thungbergii subtype. Within 44 samples for Cryptomeria japonica plantations, three site types can be identified by Two Way Indicator Species analysis as follows: 1.Cryptomeria japonica-Vandenboschia auriculata site type, in which moisture content is highest, and characterized by filmy fern and abundant mosses on three trunk; 2.Crytptomeria japonica-Ardisia pusilla site type, with medium mositure content and low-gorwing Ardisia spp. 3.Cryptomeria Japaonic-diplazium doniamum site type, in which moisture content is lowest, and characterized by abundant shade intolearant fern species. After the first 40 years of succession in understory of Cryptomeria japonica stands, species diversity and abunance of Lauraceae spp. Sominated the understory layer, while Fagaceae spp. We poorly represented. Though woody understory species richness tended to dynamically increase across various sites, it was still less than the average in adjacent evergreen broadleaf forests. As to herb layer species richness, it almost remained costant after canopy closure. According to peet & nChristensen 4-phase diversity model of stand development, 40 years old Cryptomeria japonica stands woody understory is replenished with canopy tree species from mature forests, together with species richness increase andβdiversity decrease, may enter the undersory reinitiatstage. At least 18 rare and endangered species were recorded. Among these, the habitat of Archangiorpteris somae populations at Tatung Mountain is one of few er limited sites known in Taiwan so far. |
