英文摘要 | The reaction sequence of (B□S□)S□T□□(x = 0,0.06 and 0.1) powders during the different calcining temperatures is investigated. Using BaO-S□□-4Ti□ (BST) as the initial composition, the source material BaC□ consumes below 850℃ and the intermediate phases of BaTi□, BaT□□, and S□T□□ from below 850℃. As the calcining temperatures rise, Ti□ and S□□ consume at 1050℃ and 1200℃, respectively. The BaS□T□□ phase starts to appear in 1050℃-calcined powder, while BaTi□, BaT□□ and S□T□□ phase consume at 1100℃, 1250℃ and 1250℃, respectively. Using 1250℃ as the calcining temperature, the BST powders reveal a single phase of BaS□T□□. When 0.94BaO-0.06SrO-S□□-4Ti□(BSST1) and 0.9BaO-0.1SrO- S□□- 4Ti□ (BSST2) are used as initial compositions, the reaction sequence shows no apparent difference except the different temperatures needed to consume Ti□ (1050℃ for BSST1 and 1100℃ for BSST2), S□□ (1200℃ for BSST1 and 1150℃ and BSST2), and BaT□□ (1300℃ for BSST1 and BSST2). Even calcining at 1300℃, the BSST1 and BSST2 compositions reveal two phases of S□T□□ and (Ba, Sr)S□T□□. |
