中文摘要 | 本試驗在比較綠茶粉與抗壞血酸在保護由δ-胺基-γ-酮戊酸(ALA)誘發老鼠體 內產生氧化性傷害的差異。將 40 隻成熟的雄性大白鼠隨機分為 4 組,並餵食 4 週。其中 一組大白鼠未做任何處理,當作是控制組( CK ),其餘三組於實驗最後兩週進行腹腔注射 (每隔一天施打 40mg/kg 之 ALA ),並每日分別餵食未添加任何物質之飼料,作為試驗控 制組( CKt ),添加 1mg/kg 抗壞血酸之飼料( VC )及添加 1 %綠茶粉之飼料( GT ) 。 實驗結果顯示綠茶可以保護因δ - 胺基 - γ - 酮戊酸所誘發肝臟及血球細胞之脂質過 氧化,但卻無法降低血清中 AST 值。 而抗壞血酸可以提高肝臟及血清的總抗氧化活性,且 可以保護肝功能。這些結果說明了攝食綠茶與抗壞血酸對大白鼠肝臟與血液有不同的抗氧化 效應。 |
英文摘要 | The comparison of the protective effects of the powder of a green tea extract and ascorbic acid against delta-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) induced oxidative damage in rats. Forty adult male rats were divided into four groups and fed with Rodent diet for 4 weeks. One group did not have any treatment in the experiment and served as the control group (CK). The others were injected i.p. for the last 2 week with ALA (40 mg/kg on alternate days) and fed with nothing (CKt), 1 mg/kg ascorbic acid (VC) or 1% green tea (GT) extract powder daily, respectively. In conclusions, administration of green tea to ALA-injected rats showed the protective properties of the peroxidation of lipid in liver and blood cells. However, green tea could not decrease serum aspartate transaminase (AST) . Furthermore, ascorbic acid may be helpful in elevating total antioxidative activity of liver and serum and protecting liver function. These results demonstrated that dietary green tea and ascorbic acid had different antioxidant effects on liver and blood in rat. |
