中文摘要 | 本研究旨在評估桃竹苗地區國民小學試辦「九年一貫課程」第一年之成效,了解實際的問題與困境,作為未來全面實施「九年一貫課程」之參考。主要採用問卷調查、文獻分析以及訪問調查等研究方法。研究對象來自桃竹苗四縣市五所試辦小學,問卷調查回收可用問內147份,回收率63.9%。所得資料應用視窗版SPSS統計套裝軟體進行分析。結果發現: 一、「九年一貫課程」試辦第一年,成效不如預期。85%的教師認為制度規劃不理想,61.9%的教師認為學校行政推動成效不佳。 二、56.5%的教師認為「九年一貫課程」是良好的教育政策,會對自己帶來困擾的66%,贊成全面推動實施的52.4%。 三、試辦第一年,歷程指標向度成效評估良好之比例-行政領導64.9%、進修活動62.5%、課程組織55.4%、教學組群48%、專業成長41.4%、家長參與41%。 四、「九年一貫課程」之進修活動,教師參與度及成效皆有待改進。原因是課程規劃無系統、缺乏師資、未建立學習回饋模式。 五、人力資源的提升與行政輔導配套措施是「九年一貫課程」成功的重要基礎。 文末並針對未來之實施,提出數項具體之建議。 |
英文摘要 | This study attempts to (a) evaluate the effects of using the nine-year curriculum system in elementary schools in Tao-yuan, Hsin-chu, and Miao-li counties from 1999 to 2000; and (b) provide information about the feasibility and difficulties of the new curriculum system for further adjustment and revision. A questionnaire survey, literature review, and interviews were employed in this study. The subjects included 147 principals and teachers from five elementary schools (63% of return rate). The employed data analysis methods were frequency, crosstab, and nonparametric test. The main findings were as follows: 1.The effects of using nine-year curriculum system in elementary schools during 1999 to 2000 were not satisfactory. The unsatisfactory performance indicators of educational input were “institution planning” (85%) and “school administration” (61.9%). 2.The satisfied performance indicators of educational process included “administration leadership” (64.9%), “teacher learning” (62.5%), “curriculum organization” (55.4%), “teacher team”(48%), “professional growth” (41.4%), and “parental participation” (41%). 3.The problems of using nine-year curriculum system in elementary schools were: program of professional learning, model of teacher learning, environment of practice, and human resources. Some concrete suggestions for further employment of nine-year curriculum system in elementary schools were proposed at the end of this study. |
