中文摘要 | 本研究旨在評估桃竹苗地區(桃園縣、新竹縣、新竹市、苗栗縣)13所國民小學試辦九年一貫課程之成效。研究工具為研究者自編之成效自我評估量表,採用Likert式五點量表,共有100道評估題目。 研究方法主要為文獻分析與問卷調查,得到初步研究結果後接著進行蒞校訪談,成功訪問了校長、主任及教師共44人,研究期間自90年8月至91年7月止。 本研究所得量化資料應用SPSS for Windows11.01版之統計套裝軟體進行分析。研究結果發現: 一、輸入指標(資源與準備方面)、歷程指標(推動與實踐方面)以及產出指標(成效總結)之平均得分為3.96、4.40、4.11,皆趨近或高於「大部份做到」、「大部份符合」或「成效不錯」之水準。 二、13所試辦學校成效評估自評總量表得分為4.15,高於「大部份做到」、「大部份符合」或「成效不錯」之水準。 三、學校自評通過之結果,輸入、歷程、產出指標以及總量表之平均通過率為71.7、88.4、85.1、81.7。 四、如以縣市作為比較基礎,則100道題之指標平均通過率以D縣市居首(91.33)、C縣市殿後(79.0),全體平均通過率為85.96。 本研究並發現,行政人員與教師之評估看法有差異,也針對九年一貫課程後續實施與困難之解決提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | This study attempts to evaluate the effects of using the Grade 1-9 Curriculum System in 13 elementary schools in Tao-yuan, Hsin-chu, and Miao-li counties from 1999 to 2000. A questionnaire survey, literature review, and interviews were employed in this study. The objects of interview included 43 principals and teachers from 13 elementary schools. The session of this study from August 2001 to July 2003. All quantitative data were analyzed by software of SPSS for Windows 11.01. The main findings were as follows: 1) The scores of educational input, educational process, and educational output were 3.96, 4.40, and 4.11. It means that level of the effects was close to or higher than good. 2) It was 4.15 of all effects of using the Grade 1-9 Curriculum System by self-evaluation from 13 elementary schools. 3) the percents of pass were 71.7%, 88.4%, 85.1%, and 81.7% of educational input, educational process, and educational output from schools self-evaluation. 4) It was 85.96% of percent of pass for all counties. The 'D' county was the first (91.33%), and the 'C' county was the last (82.5%) whom were comparison with 100 item indicators. Some suggestions fro further employment of nine-year curriculum system in elementary schools were proposed at the end of this study. |
