中文摘要 | 本研究採用Competitive RT-PCR方法調查了低濃度臭氧對虹鱒幼魚的GH1和GH2基因表達的影響。在Competitive RT-PCR方法中使用了位於GH基因5'和3'的引子之λRNA。實驗開始3個月後發現用臭氧飼育實驗組的幼魚的GH1基因表達量明顯地(p<0.05)高於對照組。但實驗開始5個月後、臭氧實驗組的GH1和GH2表達量與對照組並無明顯差異。至於臭氧實驗組之成長方面、實驗開始3和5個月後之臭氧實驗組的體長和體重之測定均高於對照組、但在統計分析中兩組間就無明顯差異。 |
英文摘要 | The expressions of the GH1 and GH2 genes were examined by competitive RT-PCR using fry rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) cultured with low concentration of ozonized water. lRNA having GH primers at both 5' and 3' sites of the gene was used for the competitive RT-PCR. The amount of GH1 gene expression treated with ozone was significantly (p<0.05) greater than that of control fish after 3 month, however, there were no significant differences in GH1 and GH2 between ozone and control after 5 months culture. The ozone treatment has a tendency to stimulate growth enhancement, but there was no significant (p=0.05) differences between them. |
