The former is to analyze its operational situation, organization framework, personal cultivation, customer development. The latter is to analyze its commodity strategy, pricing strategy, physical distribution strategy, promotion strategy. Finally, we will make constructive suggestions for Farmers' Association Supermarket Processing and Distribution Center to catch its opportunity of survival and development. |
