中文摘要 | 面對二十一世紀,各國積極褣行的教育改革之中,如何提高教師的專業素質以促進教育的品質,是必然的重要議題之一。在各國師資培育制度中,英國在十九世紀從學徒制的培育方式,到二十世紀中葉強調學術發展,由大學主導的培育制度,到一九九○年以來,以「學校本位」的培育制度取向,與我國師資培育制度的發展,有許多相似之處,足以為我國之參考。本文以歷史研究與文獻分析的研究方法,從政治、文化、經濟、社會等影響教育政策的背景因素,分析英國小學的師資培資制度之教育政策的取向,以及在教育政策的變革下,小學師資培育制度發展趨勢概況,以作為我國改進國小師資培育制度的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The initial teacher training is still an important point of educational reform in the world. This research will study the system of the initial teacher training in Britain, especially focus on the primary school teacher education. It will analyze the influence of culture, policy, economy and society upon educational policy, and to have a comprehensive understanding of the historical development of British teacher training system from 19th century to now. It is hoped that inspirations could be drawn out of this study in view of initial teacher training system currently enacted in Taiwan. |
