中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在比較師院公費生與自費生在生活適應與教師態度及對師資培育 制度的差異。 本研究以四所師院 661 名師院生為調查樣本,並抽取公、自費生各 10 名進 行晤談,本研究的主要發現如下:1. 公費生之生活適應優於自費生。 公費生對於自己的公 費身分較為認同,而自費生對於自己的自費身分較不認同。 2. 公費生之教師態度優於自費 生。公費生比自費生更肯定教師的社會地位。 3. 生活適應與教師態度有顯著的相關,合併 生活適應中社會關係、目標導向、情緒穩定三個變項可預測教師態度總變異量的 7.83%。4. 公、自費生均不贊成一般大學的學生只要修四十學分就具有國小教師的任用資格。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to compare the difference of life adjustment, teacher attitude and opinions toward teacher education law between the government paid and the non-government paid students in teacher college. The subjects were 661 teacher college students for the survey study and 10 government paid and 10 non-government paid students for the interview study. The main findings of this study were as follows:1.The government paid students had a better life adjustment than the non-government paid students. The government paid students were more satisfied with their financial support status, while the non-government paid students were not as much as satisfied with their non-financial support status. 2.The government paid students had a better teacher attitude than the non-governement paid students. The government paid students valued teachers' social-status more highly than the non-government paid students. 3.Life adjustment was significantly correlated with teacher attitude. When combined, three components in life adjustment, i.e., peer relationship, goal orientation, and emotional stability, accounted for about 7.83% of variance in teacher attitude. 4.Neither of the government paid and the non-government paid students agreed on the regulation in teacher education law that the non-education major college students are qualified as elementary school teachers if they baye completed 40 credits of professional education curriculla. |
