英文摘要 | The twenty-first century marks an era of knowledge economy. And knowledge makes a crucial factor in the enhanced quality and competitive advantage of organizations. Basically, knowledge management is the collection that governs the acquisition, gathering, transformation, creation, storage, accumulation, dissemination, and utilization of knowledge. This knowledge can be a significant asset to the promotion of school effectiveness. The article begins with the explanation of the necessity and goals of knowledge management. It analyzes the important concepts and main procedures of knowledge management. Then, it discusses the relations between knowledge management and school effectiveness. Finally, it presents the measures for implementing knowledge management in order to improve school effectiveness. |
