中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解國民小學學校知識管理與學校效能之關係。本研究採問卷調查方法,蒐集國民小學學校知識管理與學校效能之現況情形,研究樣本為高雄市公立國民小學行政人員,共抽取485份樣本,回收問卷444份,回收率為92%,剔除無效問卷共10份,合計有效樣本434份。本問卷之研究工具為研究者自編之「學校知識管理與學校效能關係」問卷,資料分析主要採用獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關、典型相關等統計方法。依據研究結果,本研究提出六項建議,作為教育組織與行政人員在實務上的。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management of the elementary school and school effectiveness. The survey investigation was adopted to collect the present status of knowledge management and school effectiveness in the elementary school. The administrators of the public elementary school in Kaohsiung city were sampled. The total 485 filing questionnaires were issued, and 444 questionnaires returned accounting for 92% yielded. Among them, the effective 434 samples were reached with 10 ineffective questionnaires cancelled. The questionnaire of "Relationship between School Knowledge Management and School Effectiveness" developed by the researchers was used as a tool in this study. Statistical analysis based on such methods as t-test, one-way ANOVA, product moment correlation, canonical correlation and other methods was conducted to collect data. According to the research results, six suggestions were made as references for educational organizations and school administrators'. |
