中文摘要 | 面對21世紀,教育不能自外於社會的改革,教育應參與其中,並導引社會的變革。本研究從課程發展的過程找出目前評鑑的必要性,結合此次課程改革之精神,引介賦權增能評鑑的理念,並對其理論基礎做初步的剖析,期望未來學校進行課程發展時能將賦權增能評鑑的理念融入掌握其基本信念,讓學校成員在進行課程發展時,亦能進行自我反省,進一步自我決定,對自己的行動負責,讓學校、教師導向自我負責的自由人,同時也讓教育系統從鬆散的組織,到有願景,付諸改革行動有決斷力的學習型組織。 |
英文摘要 | In the 21□ century, education should be an essential part of social reform, leading the society to become a better one. Evaluation plays an important role in education and has a great effect on curriculum development. Empowerment evaluation is an innovative method, which promotes group collaboration, participation and self-reflection in the process of evaluation. This article introduces basic concepts of empowerment evaluation and analyzes their theoretical bases. With this introduction, we hope to instill empowerment evaluation in school members so that, when they develop their own school-based curriculums in the future, they can use this method to evaluate and reflect on the goals, methods, and results of their programs. Through the process of empowerment evaluation, administrators and teachers learn to take charge of their own actions, be responsible for their own decisions, and improve their curriculum designs. Thus, the educational system will become a learning organization with vision, action, and power. |
