中文摘要 | 學習型組織的倡議人Peter Senge認為, 「微世界」對於組織知識的創造、分 享、蟀練、移轉與應用,以及對於覺察、挑戰與改善組織心智模式之雙環學習,皆有相當大的增益潛力。然而微世界中之決策績效與學習間的不相關性,帶給研究者相當大的困擾:受測者的績效雖隨著練習而改進,但卻未能伴隨著深入的學習。本研究認為,此不相關性乃因受測者所使用的認知策略 (回饋控制、前饋控制與記憶控制等策略),與研究者期望的心智模式模擬策略不同所致。本研究因而操弄「案例顯著性」與「學習動機」,期能克服此不相關問題。實驗結果顯示:高案例顯著性與高學習動機,將引導受測者採用心智模式模擬策略,進而得以同時增進學習與決策績效。 |
英文摘要 | The design and evaluation of the tool of system dynamics based computerized microworld is an important and challenging topic for the field of organizational learning. Recent experimental studies in microworlds showed a dissociation between task performance and learning: subjects' performance was significantly improved through practice, but very little deeper learning was detected. A theoretical framework is developed to explain the dissociation. Methods to overcome the dissociation are suggested and tested by an experiment. Resu1ts indicated that, salient task and goal setting induced the cognitive strategy of mental simulation, then improved not only task's performance but also the degree of learning. |
