中文摘要 | SCM在實務上的最大困難,乃出在「人」方面的課題。本研究提議,實驗 經濟學或動態決策研究的「巨觀系統的微觀實驗法」,可以應用於供應鏈管理的研究,以較精緻地將「人」的因素納入SCM研究,並可進行事後的理論驗證或事前的規範性設計檢驗。本研究採其有牛鞭效應的Beer Game為供應鏈案例, 進行五局的實驗室實驗。研究主要關切兩個課題,第一,供應鏈廠商間維持長期合作、彼此依存與信任的關係模式,可直接或間接地增進供應鏈的績效。第二,供應鏈廠商需要有過切的觀念與思考方式,才能有效地理解與進行SCM的新典範。實驗結果有三點主要發現: (1) 高依存合作關係對供應鏈績效有正面影響。 (2) 組織學習過程所獲取的外顯知識與內隱知識,對供應鏈績效皆有正面影響。 (3) SCM觀念的獲取,需要接受訓練,方得以有效的改變觀點。 |
英文摘要 | Supply chain management (SCM) has received considerable attention in the academic and managerial field. An increasing number of companies have recognized the strategic importance of SCM as the source of competence. However, the weakest link in most advanced supply chains is not technology, software or hardware, but people. This paper suggests that the experimental method used by the Experimental Economics and the Dynamic Decision Making may be able to help SCM researchers to consider 'human' factors more effectively. The Beer Game with the bullwhip effect was employed as the experimental task. The relationships between relational collaboration and system perspective on SCM performance were tested. The experimental results suggested that: (1) high relational collaboration had positive effect on SCM performance, (2) the implicit and explicit knowledge learned from organizational learning process had positive contribution to SCM performance, (3) subjects were difficult to change their perspective to the system paradigm |
