中文摘要 | 因產業之專業分工、技術快速變動、產品規格相容、廠商間水平競爭與垂直合作 等特性,而形成所謂的水平式產業結構。在此種產業結構下的廠商,需要同時尋求上下游廠 商的合作、以及面對相同產品或零組件供應商的直接競爭,並同時運用 OEM/ODM/ 自有品牌 等之多重業務形態,整合廠商內外部資源強化其動態能力,以因應快速變動環境。本研究討 論廠商同時面對垂直聯結合作與水平競爭的產業結構,以及廠商策略意圖等因素,對廠商動 態能力發展的影響,以進一步建構廠商動態能力發展觀念性模式,與提出實務運作建議。 |
英文摘要 | As we aware the industrial specialization, opid technological change, product compatibility, and interfirm co-optition are the characteristics of the information industry that differ with traditional, and so call horizontally configured industry. The firm will be challenged for the vertical linkage and horizontal competition simultaneously, and use the multiple business activities to enhance the performance. The firm would like to develop the dynamic capabilities to build, integrate, and reconfigure the internal and external resource to adapt the changing environment. Therefore, a conceptual framework is proposed to describe development process of dynamic capabilities triggered by multiple business activities. |
