中文摘要 | 基於組織學習與動態理論的觀點,本研究建立研究架構,主張正式和非正式的組織學習以及環境動態對動態能力有正向影響,且正式和非正式組織學習的交互作用對動態能力有正向的效果。本研究採用權變的觀點,進一步指出,組織學習對動態能力的影響會因環境動態而有不同。以 185家知識產業的服務業廠商為對象,驗證上述的研究假設。研究結果指出,正式和非正式組織學習及環境動態對動態能力皆有正向的影響效果,正式和非正式的組織學習的交互作用對動態能力有正向的影響。研究結果也顯示,隨著環境動態增加,非正式學習有助於動態能力的建立;正式學習對動態能力的影響方向未如預期,但並不顯著。最後,研究結果並指出,考慮環境的動態性,非正式組織學習對動態能力的影響比正式組織學習對動態能力的效果來得大。正式和非正式的組織學習與環境動態對動態能力的研究結果對理論發展和管理實務提供若干重要的涵意。 |
英文摘要 | Based on dynamic capabilities and organizational learning perspective, this study proposes a conceptual framework to examine the relationship among organizatioal learning, environmental dynamism and dynamic capabilities by decomposing organizational learning into informal organizational learning and formal organizational learning. This study further takes a contingency perspective to investigate the interaction effect between environmental dynamism and organizational learning on dynamic capabilities. Using 185 Taiwanese service firms in knowledge-based industries as research samples, empirical results indicate that informal and formal organizational learning and environmental dynamism positively affect dynamic capabilities. The results show that formal organizational learning and informal organizational learning interact positively with each other, indicating the complementary effect of these two organizational learning on dynamic capabilities. As environmental dynamism increases, informal learning positively affects dynamic capabilities; the direction of formal learning effect on dynamic capabilities is not as anticipated (positive but insignificant). Finally, informal organizational learning affects dynamic capabilities more than formal organizational learning does in a dynamic environment. The findings of this study provide several important implications for theory development and managerial practice. |
