中文摘要 | 本文基於絕熱小圓管或小圓球固定的內和外流體溫度差(TI-To)來求出其臨界半徑與中性半徑的關係和特性,因此本文的結果(B≧0對圓管,E≧0對圓球)較以前的結果[2](B=0對圓管,E=O對圓球)可應用於更大的實用範圍。本文發現當R2/Rcr≧1,Rs並不存在( Rs=R2當R2/Rcr≧1 ),因此本文的結果聚焦於0<R3/Rcr≦2。本文應用較簡單的無因次變數如Rs/Rcr,Rs/R2,R2/Rcr,R3/Rcr和Q/Qo等來表達彼此關係和特性,較前文使用較複雜的無因次變數更能精確表達且更清楚易懂。我們發現對非常小半徑的圓管或球,不作絕熱反而是最好的絕熱政策。 |
英文摘要 | The relations and characteristics of critical and neutral radii, Rcr and Rs for a small insulated circular pipe or sphere are investigated based on constant temperature difference (Ti-To) between the temperatures of inner and outer fluids other than the previous study [2]. Thus the present results could be applied to more extensively practical situations (B≧0 for circular pipe and E≧0 for sphere) than those of previous study [2](B=0 for circular pipe and E=0 for sphere). We found that Rs does not exist while R2/Rcr≧1( Rs=R2 while R2/Rcr≧1), thus the results of this study are only focus on the range 0<R3/Rcr≦2 other than the big range used in previous study [2]. The simpler dimensionless variables, such as Rs/Rcr, RS/R2, R2/Rcr, R3/Rcr and Q/Qo, etc., are used to analysis in the present study. It is found that the simpler dimensionless variables can express the relations and characteristics among themselves more precisely and easier to understand than those complex dimensionless variables used in previous study [2]. It is found that sometimes no insulation is the best insulation policy for circular pipe or sphere with very small radius. |
