中文摘要 | 本研究利用高效液相層析儀,分析番瀉葉、番瀉莢果及市售減脂茶中sennoside A 及 B 之含量,採用 C �痚f相層析管柱, 移動相為乙�禲� 0.1 %醋酸溶液,利用線性梯度 沖提,檢測波長為 270 nm;得到良好分析結果。Sennoside A 及 B 二成分之線性迴歸方程 式及相關係數( r )分別為: sennoside A (濃度 7.52 ∼ 37.60 μ g/ml ), Y=32.07032X-0.1098656 ( r=0.9998 ); sennoside B (濃度 8.32 ∼ 49.92 μ g/ml ),Y=28.13735X+0.2604257 ( r=0.9999 ),均呈現良好線性關係。添加回收率試驗結果 ,番瀉葉之 sennoside A 為 100.7 ± 0.90 %,sennoside B 為 102.3 ± 1.31 %; 番 瀉莢果之 sennoside A 為 106.6 ± 0.50 %, sennoside B 為 102.5 ± 2.17 %,顯示 準確性佳。 同日內及異日間試驗之相對標準偏差, 分別為 0.24 ∼ 1.72 %及 0.23 ∼ 1.71 %,顯示高效液相層析法用於 sennoside A 及 B 之分析其結果良好。 利用上述高效液相層析法定量番瀉葉及番瀉莢果內 sennoside A 及 B 的含量,結果番瀉葉 中的 sennoside A 及 B 含量分別為 0.64、1.57 %,番瀉莢果中的 sennoside A 及 B 的 含量分別為 1.46、2.30 %。依此法分析不同七種市售減脂茶中 sennoside A 及 B 的含量 ,結果 sennoside A 之含量則在 0.10 ∼ 0.19 %之間; sennoside B 之含量在 0.16 ∼ 0.28 %之間。 |
英文摘要 | A rapid high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for determination of sennosides A and B in senna leaves, pods and diet tea. The determination was carried out by using a gradient elution with acetonitrile and 1% acetic acid on an Inertsil ODS-2 column. The linear cablibration ranges of sennosides A and B were 7.52 ∼ 37.60 μ g/ml (r=0.9998) and 8.32 ∼ 49.92 μ g/ml (r=0.9999), respectively. The recoveries of sennosides A and B were almost quantitative from the senna leaves and pods, respectively. The relative standard deviations of sennosides A and B for intraday and interday analyses were 0.24 ∼ 1.72% and 0.23 ∼ 1.71%, respectively. The contents of sennosides A and B in leaves and pods of Cassia angustifolia Vahl have been determined and the results were as follows: sennoside A 0.64, 1.46% and sennoside B 1.57, 2.30%. The contents of sennosides A and B in seven diet tea samples have been determined and the results were as follows: sennoside A 0.10 ∼ 0.19% and sennoside B 0.16 ∼ 0.28%. |
