中文摘要 | 本研究旨在研發兼具無機材料及有機材料性能之木陶瓷複合材,希冀其爾後能改 善建築材料之吸音性及防火性能。粘土經X射線繞射定性及感應耦合電漿原子發射光譜分 析(ICP)定量後得知其主要成分有石英、高嶺石及雲母,而白色粘土因含有較多量的白雲石, 故顏色較白;而紅色粘土因含較多量的赤鐵礦(10.250%),故顏色偏紅。粘土中石英的含量 經檢測後得知約45.390%~56.511%,而Al2O3則介於23.320%~24.156%之間。木陶瓷複合 材乃將杉木廢料與粘土混合後經1100℃高溫燒結製成,此高度多孔性之白色及黃色木陶瓷 複合材吸水率分別為59.88%、37.89%。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to develop wood-ceramic composite materials featuring with inorganic and organic performances that could improve the properties of sound absorption and fire retardant for housing constructional materials. The ingredients of clay are mainly consist of silica, kaolinite, and mica, except rich contents of dolomite in white clay, and Fe□O□ in red lay (10.250%) that measured by x-ray diffraction and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP). The contents of SiO□ and Al□O□ are 45.390%~56.511%, 23.320%~24.156%, respectively. The wood-ceramic composite materials were made of China cedar particles with clay which sintered through 1100℃. The percents of water absorption of high porous white and yellow wood-ceramic composite materials are 59.88%, 37.89%, respectively. |
